Our approach

About Babul Haram Travels

Babul Haram Travels is an Umrah travel agency in West Drayton. We help UK pilgrims plan Umrah trips and understand their Hajj options, with clear answers and every detail in writing before you decide.

Good planning starts with your dates, traveller details and a clear list of priorities.

A practical starting point for your pilgrimage

A pilgrimage is a personal commitment, but the travel still needs practical decisions. Before you choose an itinerary, you need to know about the flights, hotels, room sharing, transfers and documents.

Babul Haram Travels brings those questions into one conversation. We listen to your plans, explain each option in plain terms and give you what you need to compare them. An enquiry is never treated as a booking.

Our address is 9 Station Road, Yiewsley, West Drayton, UB7 7BT. You can speak to us by phone, email or WhatsApp. If you would like to visit, please get in touch first so we can agree a time.

Umrah arrangements and Hajj planning are different

Choosing a travel agency for Umrah should start with the practical help you need. Ask how your flights, hotels, transfers and rooms will be confirmed, not just whether the trip sounds easy.

For Umrah, we help you compare what each package includes. Our Umrah packages are a starting point for talking about dates, hotel standards, flights and transfers. Your final plan is then confirmed in writing.

Hajj has its own official booking and eligibility rules. Current UK pilgrimage advice says Hajj places are booked through Nusuk Hajj. Our Hajj pages explain the hotel options and the questions to ask, but talking to us does not reserve a Hajj place.

We keep the two clearly separate, so you always know what we are discussing, what still needs confirming and which official process applies to you.

What happens when you contact Babul Haram Travels

There are four simple steps. Nothing is booked until you have seen a written quote and told us to go ahead.

1. Tell us what matters

Share your preferred travel period, party size, departure airport, room preferences and any practical assistance needs. A budget range is helpful, but you do not need to have every detail settled.

2. Review the proposed arrangements

We talk you through suitable options and point out what still needs checking, such as the flight route, the named hotels, room sharing and transfers.

3. Read the written information

Before deciding, check the complete price, inclusions, exclusions, payment terms and cancellation conditions. Ask us to explain any point that remains unclear.

4. Keep your confirmations together

Keep your agreed itinerary and every supplier confirmation in one place. For Hajj, follow the official Nusuk process, because a planning enquiry does not confirm a place.

Details matter more than broad promises

A hotel star rating alone does not explain the room layout, walking route or meal arrangement. A short airport transfer description does not tell you whether the vehicle is shared or how a late arrival will be handled.

Always ask for those details. Check the hotel name and location, who shares each room, the meals included, the baggage allowance and each leg of the trip. Anything that is only a request, or still needs confirming, should be clearly marked.

Travellers from London, Manchester, Birmingham and elsewhere in the UK often prefer different routes. Tell us which airports suit you. We will check them, but a preferred airport is a request, not a promise that a flight is available.

  • Understand what the stated price includes and which costs remain separate.
  • Raise mobility, room-access or dietary requirements before committing to an itinerary.
  • Read the written terms rather than relying on a headline or an informal message.
  • Keep a record of any agreed change to your arrangements.

Prepare at your own pace

Our Umrah and Hajj guides cover practical preparation, including how to perform Umrah and the difference between Hajj and Umrah. They can help you prepare questions before speaking with us.

You can also read what other travellers say on our Trustpilot profile. Reviews are a useful guide, but always check the details of your own booking too.

When you are ready, contact Babul Haram Travels with your plans. We will help you work out the next questions to answer before you decide.

Questions answered

Your questions, answered

Where is Babul Haram Travels based?

Our contact address is 9 Station Road, Yiewsley, West Drayton, UB7 7BT, UK. Please call or message before visiting so a suitable time can be agreed.

Can I enquire if I do not live near West Drayton?

Yes. You can discuss your plans by phone, email or WhatsApp. Tell us your preferred UK departure airport and traveller details so the relevant arrangements can be checked.

Does making an enquiry commit me to a booking?

No. An enquiry is simply a conversation about what you need. Nothing is booked until you have read the written quote and terms and told us to go ahead, so you can take time to decide.

Can a Hajj enquiry reserve my place?

No. A Hajj planning enquiry is not a reservation or permit. Current UK guidance directs Hajj-place bookings through Nusuk Hajj, subject to the official process and confirmation.
